Laugharne Barns are owned and run by Raymond Davies, his two sons Andrew and Mathew and his daughter Hanna. The barns have been recently refurbished and were converted from cow sheds to luxury accommodation; they were opened on 20th June 2007.

Llansadurnen Farm has been in the Davies family for 100 years. In the 1940s Raymond's father and grandfather owned and farmed much of the land around the village of Llansadurnen and until recent years it was a working farm. The Farmhouse dates back to 1800's and is know as a Welsh long house. The Barns are part of the old farm yard and were used to house the cows during the winter
