The Barns - More Information

The Barns are situated in Llansadurnen which is a short walk from the town of Laugharne. They overlook long rolling fields with great views as far as the eye can see. No expense has been spared on the interior of the barns, they are decked out with the finest wood, stone and glass that money can buy.

The spacious kitchen is on the ground floor of the barn, the floor is comprised of old style stone tiles which contrastwith the modern work surface. There are plenty of cupboards to store your food and kitchen utensils, the kitchens work area comprises of a dishwasher, washing machine, oven / grill and microwave oven. The kitchen is complimented by two skylights that give natural light to the whole area, once you have prepared your food you can sit down to eat it at our solid wood dining table which seats up to 8 peorle.

wine and a chat with the rest of your group. Alternatively you can take advantage of our 28 inch widescreen television and watch 1 of over 100 channels provided via satellite free with your stay, get bored of the TV? There is also a DVD player provided with the barn (You can bring your own DVDs or rent them from a nearby shop).

Both barns have two bathrooms with a bath, shower and wash basin in each. The downstairs bathroom has disabled access and is separate from the bedrooms whilst the upstairs bathroom is en-suite. Hot water is always available as the barns have their own boiler system situated between the kitchen and the lounge.

Both barns have 3 bedrooms, 2 of the bedrooms have 2 single beds (one of these is situated on the top floor) whilst the third has a double bed and a single bed. Depending on the group and the sleeping arrangements the barns can sleep up to 10 people at one time

The old cowbarn has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one double and one twin. The first floor en-suite bedroom has 3 single beds

The bedrooms have natural light from the many skylights and windows situated throughout the house and the top bedroom is en suite.
